Yes, type 1 diabetes...So true and beautiful Reyna. Yes, type 1 diabetes has changed us all in some way. I definitely know it has made me a more compassionate person. My eyes are WIDE OPEN to the fact that every single person on this earth is dealing with something. For our family, it is T1D. I choose to focus on the blessings of our journey and there are many. We have technology, tools and resources available to us that didn't even exist 10 years ago. And we have the wonderful diabetic on-line community to love and support us.
